In early July we officially come of age and transform into Lucian Technologies B.V. We build the future of AI and software, with a strong focus on innovative voice-agent technology, and we develop advanced custom solutions for large enterprise clients. Our office sits in a prime spot in Breda — extremely easy to reach: barely a 9-minute bike ride from the central station.

What you’ll do
Depending on your level, background and experience, we decide the exact focus of your work together. You join real production work from day one, and you can count on these pillars:
We keep the focus sharp on AI and data. You dive deep into our AI models and work on advanced algorithms, data structures and machine-learning pipelines that drive our voice agents. You help design the smart logic behind these systems.
Alongside our own products we develop high-end custom software for large corporate organisations. You get the chance to help build enterprise solutions that have to meet the highest standards.
You help design and build a scalable architecture. You develop new features and realise complex API integrations.
You learn how software stays up in the real world. You help track down, troubleshoot and fix challenging bugs in the live system. Clean, production-ready code that makes a direct impact.
What we offer
€750 – €1,000 gross per month.
We are building our permanent core team. Show us top work during your internship and you don’t even have to wait until you graduate: you can join us directly after your internship for a fixed number of hours per week, flexibly adjusted to your remaining study load. A flying start to your career and a serious salary alongside your studies.

Who you are
We are not looking for a student who quietly sits at a desk waiting for instructions. For this internship we recognise ourselves in the following points:
You like rolling up your sleeves and you see work that needs doing. You think in solutions instead of problems and tackle things proactively.
We work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. Willing to step up a gear during peak moments — like an important go-live for a big client? Absolutely. In return, when things are quieter you simply take that time back, flexibly.
You get a kick out of cracking complex puzzles. When a live bug or a piece of code refuses to cooperate, you sink your teeth in until it does work.

You are a 3rd- or 4th-year HBO student — or a WO student — in a relevant IT, software or data programme, looking for a flying start from September 2026.
You speak and write fluent Dutch or English, and you live in or around Breda, Tilburg, Eindhoven or Rotterdam.
